How do seats work?
A seat is one operator machine signed in to Rhema. Every plan starts at one seat; you can add seats from your account at any time, and your cloud-transcription hours scale with them.
Can I switch tiers?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade any time from Stripe's customer portal. Changes take effect on the next billing cycle.
What's the cancellation policy?
Cancel any time with one click. You keep access until the end of your current billing period.
What counts as an "hour"?
An hour is sixty minutes of cloud transcription. The free tier runs detection locally and doesn't use cloud hours at all.
