How do seats work?
A seat is one operator machine signed in to Rhema. Every plan starts at one seat, and larger plans include bigger pooled cloud-hour allowances that all your seats share.
Can I switch tiers?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade any time from Stripe's customer portal. Changes take effect on the next billing cycle.
What's the cancellation policy?
Cancel any time with one click. You keep access until the end of your current billing period.
What if we use up our hours?
Nothing stops mid-service — Rhema switches to offline detection and keeps going. If you want the cloud engine back before your allowance resets, top-up bundles of 3, 8 or 20 hours (£7 / £18 / £45) are available; a top-up is used within the billing period you buy it in.
What counts as an "hour"?
An hour is sixty minutes of cloud transcription. The free tier runs detection locally and doesn't use cloud hours at all.
